How to hone in on psychic abilities?
Hypothetically, if one were to posess psychic abilities, had the ability to see the future, and wanted to strengthen said powers, how would one go about doing so? What are some techniques that strengthen the the mind and could possibly help to strengthen one with psychic abilities?

Meditation and studying wicca. Earth air fire and water. do lots of meditation. There are different types. seek knowledge.and understanding meditation helps me.wish I could tell you more. I could tell you more but I would have to read my green witch craft book and right now that would be a lot to write about. Just look up things about being a psychic on youtube.

You can find such techniques in a lot of religions, but a good place to start might be at a spiritualist church – they often run classes on such things. There are lots of books telling you techniques too.
People who meditate regularly often develop these abilities as a side-benefit, but Buddhism, for example, tells you to ignore them because they are a distraction from the path to enlightenment.

What percent of kids and people in the world have psychic abilities?
Now please read ALL of this before answering. I want to know multiple things but i can’t find it anywhere on the internet, that is not made up. What percentage of kids\teens have psychic abilities in america, What percentage of people in america believe in having psychic abilities, and what percentage of people in america DON’T believe in psychic abilities..? And what percent of people in America have psychic abilities. I know it’s a lot but i REALLY wanna know.
